The first step in our process is to meet with the client to understand what the scope of work involves. Some discussion around mobility issues clarifies what modifications are required for the project.

Meet

A draft of the design modification is started, and this involves taking photographs and measurements of the intended space.

Measure

Our team investigates what materials, processes, and equipment are required for the work and then summarises this in an estimated quote.

Quote

If the quote is accepted, an agreement is reached, and a time frame is established for the work to commence. This process is usually accompanied by a completion date. During this process, all of the materials are arranged to be delivered, and our team is scheduled for the work dates.

Agree and Plan

Our team arrives at the workplace, and work begins until it is completed. This work will involve clearing the site for any foundations, bringing materials and tools onto the site, and removing rubbish.

Begin to Build

Once work has been completed, an agreement is reached for the handover to the client, which coincides with the final payment of invoices.
